Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — this is a binding agreement between you and 222vd.

1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 222vd platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Service"). The platform is operated by 222vd ("Company", "we" or "us") and primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh ("User", "you" or "Member").

By accessing the 222vd website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Important: These terms are a legally binding agreement. Please read the entire document carefully before registering.

2 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these conditions carry the meanings indicated:

  • Platform: The 222vd website and all associated digital services.
  • Member: Any individual who holds a registered account on 222vd.
  • Account: A member's personal profile and identification details used to access the platform.
  • Balance: The total amount of funds held in a member's account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  • Bonus: Additional promotional credit granted to a member by the Company, withdrawable subject to meeting specified conditions.
  • Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on 222vd, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. The Company may request information or documents to verify age at any time.

Warning: Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. Registering with a false age will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.

3.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a violation of these terms. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity at any time.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

222vd may request identity verification at any time, particularly for withdrawal requests, through the following documents:

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate
  • Recent bank statement or mobile banking statement
  • Selfie or video verification (where required)

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 222vd:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit is determined by the account verification level and applicable policies. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit. KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. See the bonus section below for details.

5.3 Transaction Restrictions

The Company reserves the right to limit, delay, or reject any transaction if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, potential fraud, or a risk of violation of applicable laws and policies. The Company also reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold without providing a reason.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

222vd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a total of ৳3,000 (original ৳1,000 plus bonus ৳2,000).

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before withdrawing it. Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering — the contribution rate for specific games will be listed on the promotions page.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus promotion may have its own validity period and specific conditions.
  • A bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Claiming a bonus through false information or abuse will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
  • The deadline for completing bonus wagering is stated separately for each promotion.

6.4 VIP Program

222vd has three VIP tiers awarded based on members' gaming activity:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on gaming activity and the Company's discretion. Detailed VIP benefit terms will be communicated separately.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

222vd is committed to ensuring a fair gaming environment. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure unbiased outcomes. If a technical fault causes incorrect results to be displayed, the Company reserves the right to void the result of that round.

7.2 Software Usage Prohibition

The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any other third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in gaming is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

7.3 Collusion and Cheating

Colluding with other players, card counting, or using any other dishonest method of play is prohibited. Upon detection of such activity, the Company reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all funds.

8 Responsible Gaming

222vd firmly believes in responsible gaming. We offer various tools to help our members manage their gaming habits:

  • Deposit Limits: You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
  • Gaming Time Limits: You can set how much time you spend gaming each day.
  • Self-Exclusion: You can request to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently.
  • Reality Check: Messages displayed at set intervals will keep you informed about how long your gaming session has been running.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 222vd platform:

  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
  • Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach its security.
  • Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
  • Threatening or harassing other members.
  • Operating as a professional gambler or as a member of a syndicate.
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims.
  • Assisting anyone under 21 to engage in gaming.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 222vd platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and other elements — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing this content without prior permission is prohibited.

Game software is the property of the respective game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others) and is governed by their own licence agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

222vd will not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in the following circumstances:

  • If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
  • If a transaction is delayed due to a delay or failure by a third-party payment processor.
  • In the event of data loss caused by a cyberattack or other external factors.
  • If account details are lost or stolen as a result of the user's own negligence.
  • If the service is limited or discontinued due to changes in law.

The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum compensation, if applicable, will be limited to the user's account balance at the time of the claim.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by the Company

The company may close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
  • Participation in prohibited activities.
  • Chargeback claims or payment disputes.

12.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the relevant bonus may be cancelled.

222vd places the highest importance on the privacy of your personal information. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption and other industry-standard security technologies.

14 Dispute Resolution

14.1 Complaint Process

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. When submitting a complaint, include your account details, a description of the dispute, and any relevant screenshots or evidence.

14.2 Arbitration

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the dispute will be settled through a neutral arbitrator. Both parties agree to accept the arbitrator's decision as final.

14.3 Game Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs and the game provider's records will be considered conclusive evidence. Rounds affected by technical errors may be voided and bets will be refunded.

15 Changes to Terms

222vd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or inform you via your registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.
